EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Due to the recent rise in Covid cases housekeeping, maintenance, or any other staff member of Bella Vita Vacation Rentals will not be permitted enter any property or suite while guests are on the premises or in an individual suite. Should you have a maintenance issue during your stay we ask that you vacate the property while the maintenance staff attends to your needs. Housekeepers will not be permitted to "refresh" the Suites at Bella Vita if guests remain in the suite; if you prefer to not vacate your suite during daily refresh services, housekeeping will leave fresh towels, toiletries, complimentary coffee & tea, etc outside your door. 

Bella Vita Vacation Rentals Updated Cancellation Policy
Bella Vita Vacation Rentals has adjusted our cancellation policies allowing any confirmed guests increased flexibility to reschedule or cancel the dates of their upcoming stay on the property they reserved through the end of 2020. All concerned guests are welcome to revise their booking dates to alternative open dates if desired with no fees.

ADJUSTED CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will now be accepted until 15 days prior to arrival for all stays less than 7 days with $0 cancellation fee. Reservations of 7 days or more can now be cancelled up until 30 days prior to arrival with $0 cancellation fee. Holiday stays are now refundable following the adjusted policy listed above.

Previous CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for week long rentals) will be subject to a cancellation fee of $49.00. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to full forfeiture of all paid expenses. All Holiday stays are non-refundable.

For thirteen years the staff at Bella Vita Vacation Rentals has held a high standard for the cleanliness in each of our vacation rental properties; during this time of pandemic we have continued to enforce this standard and are taking additional steps to ensure the health & safety of each of our guests. Our team is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to sanitize and disinfect all hard surfaces; counter tops, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, door knobs, light switches, cabinet hardware, handles, remote controls, etc. The CDC has recommended that all households consider disinfecting all high touch surfaces daily. To support this recommendation each of our properties will provide surface cleaners for your use during your stay.
