Alex Pool House was perfect! Very comfortable with all the cooking amenities youd need. The bedroom situation is great for families. We are already booking next year! We had small children with us and all the door locks to the pool and yard made it very comfortable.

No issues upon arrival. House was as pictured.

Very relaxing three days enjoying time with our grandkids. Loved my morning coffee on the porch looking at the water!!

They are very prompt to respond to any question you may have.

The place is tucked away from the road, yet close enough to reach downtown Saugatuk by ferry.

Would highly recommend booking through Bella Vita, they were super accommodating. The unit we stayed in was in the heart of Saugatuck. We didnt use our car once. It was so nice to walk to all the shops & restaurants & even along the River! The property exceeded our expectations! Would def stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mason Street Loft. The location can't be beat. Communication was great, it was very easy to access and the place was clean. Thank you!

They were very flexible and quick to respond as my girlfriend has a tree nut allergy and they were able to switch out our gift basket snacks appropriately upon arrival.

Very nice and clean place, close to everything the area has to offer, perfect size for a quick get-a-way.

Every question was answered promptly. We had no concerns while there so no inter action was needed.

Very, very relaxing and clean. A booklet with any information you might need is on the kitchen island to answer your most common questions. Strong wifi for anyone that needs it. Check in was easy, as was check out. I was even notified that I could get into the cabin before check in time, which was very nice.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The setting is beautiful. It is private, wooded, and beautiful. The home is gorgeous, high end furnishings and very comfortable. The only detriment that we experienced was the stairs. There is only one bedroom on the main floor. The other 3 bedrooms can only be reached by steep, narrow treaded stairs. So if you have physical limitations, or are elderly - this may not be the property for you. But overall, this property is amazing!

The group was very easy to contact. They were extremely friendly & helpful & they made our stay hassle free and very enjoyable!

The Woodbrook property wasnt inexpensive but fit all of our wants and needs! I found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to have for several large family meals as well as a birthday party! 3 families and we all had our own spaces!

They responded quickly to text messages

We had a lot of fun at the house. The decks are big with a nice view and there is plenty of room for a large family

We had several issues (hot water and a blown fuse) and the maintenance man was wonderful and very responsive. The team was also responsive to my emails prior to arrival.

It was the perfect place for a Michigan vacation.
